Recent posts Widget container colour

I use a blue colour block at global footer for recent topics. Unfortunately it simply masked the blue colour of the text included in recent posts. Is there any way out. I am using panels now. But I would like to use a green coloured container. Help me please.

If it doesn't look right, it might be a problem with your theme. What theme are you using?

I was using Jumbotron. I switched to panel due to the above said issue.

Ah yes, the jumbotron colour is defined per-theme, and not controlled by the ACP.

I guess Panel is better for the colour scheme I have used.
