My Friendsgiving (delayed b/c snow) wound up happening immediately after a wedding ceremony I'd already agreed to perform.

The brides were both from West Virginia and came to Vermont to get married. I did not ask who they had left the front row empty chair for--we had just met and it didn't seem like the right time--but I think the ceremony (which they wrote) speaks to the love they found and the better world they envision. I was honored to be a part of it.
