the adress is not ipv4 nor ipv6 => cannot post message or start thread

Hello developpers

I have an issue that I can easily reproduce on community.nodebb.org:
I cannot post from work, I always get an error "the adress is not ipv4 nor ipv6" (more or less)
With the exact same PC, from home, everything works fine. This issue is only on nodebb forum(s), for example Flarum, IP board, discourse work but I cannot post here.

I am guessing that it will also have something to do with network configurations, except I do not know anything about this so I am going to need help to give more useful info.

I have not found a related issue on Github, maybe I missed it? I'll open one once I know what I should add to the bug report.
