Regarding GDPR, you might want to review your registration process. When signing up, it seems that there is a bug going on as the new user need to sign up for the newsletter to be able to register... At least that's happened to my colleague.

Hi @greenmoon -- there is the explicit consent to send you emails specific to the forum itself (password reset emails, digests, etc.).

Each user can elect to turn the digest off at any time, but the consent to sent emails is still needed, unfortunately
