How to install Wordpress and NodeBB together (Ubuntu)

    Hi.

    I'm currently using an Ubuntu server and I want to install Wordpress and NodeBB, for example:
    mydomain. com (Wordpress)
    forum.mydomain. com or mydomain. com/forum (NodeBB)

    I tried some things but failed. NodeBB need to be installed with Node.js and Wordpress with Apache or Nginx, but there are some conflincts when I'm using both.

    I've searched and read some topics but none helped me (not my situation or didn't understood them).

    i had same issue and solved it by edit config.json as this

    "url": "http://myurl.com",
    "secret": "..................",
    "database": "redis",
    "redis": {
    "host": "127.0.0.1",

    }

    LetsEncrypt with NodeBB

    Buddy I'm not following at all. The letsencrypt files are in the .well-known which are inside of the /var/www/nodebb webroot.

    I added the try_files $uri =404;

    It says "The client lacks sufficient authorization"

    I've been through this procedure at least a dozen times now. Minutes prior to attempting with nodebb, I used it with discourse & flarum without issue. There's some sort of goof, but I'm not seeing it yet.

    Okay it's fixed. The verification fails if using a symlink. I should have realized that wouldn't work. Just another goof. Removed the symlink and moved the folder.

    I am up and running! I am pretty sure I figured out what the issue was. Oh man, this is embarrassing...

    So, I used the Terminal on my Mac to ssh into the server. However, what I didn't know is that I must have somehow lost the connection either from being away from the computer for too long and/or letting the computer go to sleep. So, when I would go back to continue with the tutorial I was no longer connected to the server, and thus when I was running the command I would see the error. I dunno, I think that's what happened. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

    The question would be what your actual question is. I do not want to offend you, but the doc is quite clear for me.
