unable to send picture in the chatroom

Like the title said, i found that i'm unable to send picture in the chatroom, i'm not sure if it comes with this function or not? anybody knows?

It seems like this is not a feature.
If you enable "redactor" composer plugin, you'll be able to send pictures in the chat room but the "enter to send" doesn't work.

i dont see any option to upload pics in the chatroom using the plugin, can u share screenshot? does this plugin lets u upload images from your computer rather than just a hyperlink img which is what markdown allows.
