Inline Reply - Persona Theme

Hi

I'm using NodeBB 1.7.5 and Persona theme. I can see inline replying to a post working, however, further inline replying after the first inline posting don't work. Furthermore, a duplicate post is also posted in the main thread for each inline posting. It seems to be rather odd.

Q1- how to enable nested inline replying?
Q2- how to remove the duplicate post after an inline reply?

Any points are much appreciated
