Where do I need to make edits?

The slug is not necessary though it is helpful for SEO. You can link to any topic without the slug and it will still work, so long as the tid is intact.

For me, SEO does not matter.
Some of the links will be in Cyrillic, a part in the Latin.
To bring the structure to a general view - I want to use only id.

PS: Many forum engines allow you to choose the link structure.
Perhaps it makes sense to add this setting?

Due to how the backend is structured, it is not possible to customise the url format (at least, not the /topic part). Removal of the slug is potentially doable, however.
