tenor GIF only supported by 1.7.0?

I installed it on 1.6.0, does not work. ?

@sharonyue I think it should work on v1.6.0, but likely not tested. What happens when you try to run it?

I install it by npm i nodebb-plugin-tenor-gif then I restart nodebb and
activate it in the plugins. But when I click the tenor GIF in plugins, I can not get into the panel.

How did you restart NodeBB? You may need to ./nodebb build first.
