Unable to add tags in node bb while making topic, they just disappear.

You can see below video, we cannot add any tags, it just disappears.
I even tested this on node bb itself, but i can't add any tag even on the latest version of node bb.

We need better messaging, select a category first and it will work.

Yeah, this is totally not a new issue and has been posted about more than once in the past. Glad something was done.

The same problem comes with pasting in images. it uploads to the browser, then fails if there is no category selected first. Also been discussed before.
