Images in tags

Was wondering if there was a way to have a small image in tags? Like say I wanted a tag with Jets and I wanted to put a small image of a jet in there. Is this possible and if so how? Thank you for your time.

Guess this isn't possible. I looked at the badges addon that supposedly could do this but can't seem to figure out how to get it to work.
