What's the difference between the paid hosted version and the self hosted version of NodeBB?

Are there features/plugins only available in the NodeBB hosted version that are not available in self hosted version? or both versions are exactly the same including the free plugins available?

I think at the moment the only "feature" available only in the hosted version is that they can move your db from Redis-only to Mongo+Redis (or Mongo-only).

But if it's hosted you don't really care, because they do care for you!
