@dansup Are these being pushed to TestFlight at all? Every time you say you’re pushing a new version, there’s no new build for iOS. Am I missing something?

@dansup The FAQ says (not legally binding) much that is not congruent with the Terms of Service (legally binding), so that incongruency is exactly what I'm asking about. Sorry to be a pest, HUGE fan of Pixelfed & you, which is exactly why this doesn't make sense to me. Massively broad irrevokable rights grants as a condition of use just seems out of character for Pixelfed. What am I missing?

@KaiMera Oh, I paid for a Terms of Service generator to do this to comply with the play store/app store rules, we need these to get listed in these stores.

IANAL but will seek funding for one to write us some better terms when I can.
