The Unifi Dream Machine has an #ipv6 SLAAC Prefix Delegation feature.
Does anyone know what that actually does?
Does ist just do the uplink with Router advertisement and requests the prefix delegation via dhcpv6?

@strifel This is DHCPv6 prefix delegation.

You give your provider a hint which prefix size you want. He can grant your request or ignore it and give you whatever prefix size he wants.

Common values are probably /56. I heard of one case where the provider would hand out a /48 upon request.

It has an option for DHCPv6 prefix delegation. But this specifically specifies SLAAC.
