I'm having fun singing, accompanying myself on piano and guitar, and narrating.

Maybe I'll go back to songwriting - rewinding the clock 30 years or more.

I'm still interested in sound healing though. Not as "woo" as you might think.

@omnicaritas It's whatever works for you. Nearly did some music therapy a while back (having tried art therapy previously). I get something from still doodling around musically but sometimes just watching birds in the garden is its own symphony. Best wishes.
