I think Risotto is being somewhat facetious - if they're in each other's paths they'll likely collide.

@quintessence @thisismissem I figured if the two have winds that oppose each other they'd bounce off (also, since they're both pressure systems like two negative charges)
turns out, if one hurricane is much bigger than the other, they can merge. otherwise, they can twirl around each other (thus speeding one or the other up or shifting them off course unpredictably).
