A Purvis Eureka, VW Beetle kit car that was designed and built here in Melbourne once upon a time. Built on a Beetle pan, this one at least is not so slow as it's had a Subaru boxer engine installed.
-
Astounding how many Lambos are in Melbourne. Where do they get the money.
-
Even more Lambos. That and Mclarens were all over the place. What on earth.
-
Do you want a blue Suburu?
-
It's nice to see a good mix of models, makes and eras.
-
LOOK AT THIS LITTLE CUTIE!
-
Mk5 GTIS are still pretty common on our roads
-
A common car for P platers nowadays is the Toyota Century or Crown. Lots of horsepower. All grey imports. I think they've crashed too many Soarers, so moving to other models.
-
Couple of scene Beetles
-
Wandering back, passing the sea of red cars again.
-
REDD REEEED CAAAAAAARRRSSS......
-
This place was seriously PACKED
-
We wandered back to check on Harry then decided to go to the other side and see what was there. That Subaru was glistening like a disco ball in the sunshine.
-
Loved this Ford Cortina wagon, a rarity nowadays.
-
Some more 4WDs coming in to join Harry and his friends
-
I've never seen one of these kits here, the ute conversion for a New Beetle.I think it's a Smyth kit
-
I told you this would be a long one right, still got like a week's worth of photos to go and i didn't go to all the car parks and photograph everything because it was exhausting!
