Roughly three years and a million or so stitches later, my partner H has finished Waterhouse’s Lady of Shalott. She’s been cross stitching on the theme of women sewing for a while, but this is her biggest piece yet.

@octothorpe 19x26 inches (48x66 cm for non-heathens) at what I believe is 400 stitches per square inch. So not a million stitches, but a great many.
