There is a real photo, part of the NASA collection, that shows the window of the space shuttle with a portrait of a cow pinned next to it.
I wanted to find it again. (Obviously) So I start with a simple query "photo of cow on space shuttle" I admit, not great but there's only one, right?
What I get on DDG is a flood of generated art of cows in space suits and a page of NASA conspiracy theories. Goog gave the the same AI crap and pages of alien abduction clipart.

Ten search attempts later I found a scraped thumbnail of it. Reverse image search didn't work, but the thumbnail's file name gave me enough info to trace it back to a specific mission number (STS30) and work back from there. 20 minutes work. It didn't used to be this bad.
