Okay, I think I might have tried this once before but... let's give it another shot.

CAN ANYBODY recognise what this song is from?? I've had it on my pc for...decades?? I have NO Idea where it came from, where I downloaded it from, or why, but it still has the exact same filename it had when I first downloaded it back in 2000ish?

I think I used Audiogalaxy, back when that was a Napsteralike. ...also back when Napster was like... a thing. that existed. ... Weird time.

@Canageek @Nine Picard doesn't turn up anything; But I did find that it's sampled in the tracks "V 4 Intro" and "V / Introlude" by Rage Outlawz

They seem to have a presence on Instagram and X; maybe they would know the source of the track
