@[email protected] it’s horrible ️

@[email protected] I'd been lucky that work had taken me out to where I didn't have reliable Internet over the past 36 hours or so. Shame that I decided to try to catch up.
-
@[email protected] at least fedi is acting normal. instead of focusing on how these policies will impact queer communities we are bickering over content warnings and what constitutes important enough to skip the content warning.
-
@[email protected] the day fedi doesn't make a non issue out of something that distracts from the main point is the day that i know we are FUCKED truly.
-
@[email protected] yeah, I caught that. Consistently liberal.
On one hand, yeah, it's important.
On the other, the minute we disregard people, we lose the plot. We disregard consent, we erode the rest. It's not hard to be decent. -
@[email protected] yeah. i think everyone knows what side im on

@[email protected] i know about the elon salute. i don't care to see it 5,000+ times in my feed over and over again. there's not much to comment on it that hasn't been already said. i am struggling with the loss of people in my community (a member of this instance was forcibly detransitioned and basically made a final goodbye post). my vulnerable communities are not the place to try to raise awareness about politics without any sort of content warning. we are all tired, we are all sore, we are all upset.
-
@[email protected] it'd be one thing if we were disallowing that content all together but no we are asking for a couple words to describe distressing politics so that people who are already hurting can recover.
