I could have the nicest interaction with someone and I will be convinced I still managed to screw it up and play out all the various different ways they now hate me for it. It's a vicious cycle and it usually happens the most when I can't sleep.

I try my best to remember its all in my head and that particular voice is a liar and not a very good one at that
