@[email protected] Not to defend United, but this is actually a good thing. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is well understood to be a traumatic practice that doesn't even help the child. ABA is only concerned with outward behaviors - it makes the subject act more "normal" without addressing their actual needs, leading to great psychological harm. Insurers should be cutting coverage - because it's not healthcare. It's abuse.
