Hey, C.IM staff, I wanted to contact you, first to apologize for dropping the above post without talking to y'all first. It was poor judgment, and I wouldn't want someone to do that to us.

Second, I want to know why that account hasn't been banned, as it has been used primarily to harass several people, and is clearly in violation of your rules. What's going on there?
