@ultranurd So you bake the tofu? (Asking this as an omnivore who enjoys tofu when it's firm but can't stand it when it's not - I have texture issues). I saw you say "crispy" so you have my attention.

@techphotoguy Yup, bake! And in this linked recipe a bit of oil and corn starch to from a "skin". Convection setting can help a bit too. The middle will stay softer depending on how small you cube; we also often crumble it up completely and season to make various chorizo-style, bacon bit-style, etc. which can get very crispy if you bake longer.
