For some reason searching for the Bandwagon URL doesn't give me any results, but rearranging to a user name, such as @[email protected] does (I know you can follow from the Bandcamp website, but I'm so used to search for the URL that it threw me a little when nothing came up).

Sorry for throwing another UX bug(?) report at you here @benpate instead of opening a GitHub issue.

I tend to tag my music as #MyMusic and sometimes #FediMusic, but there's also #MastoMusic and prob. more.

Hey, no worries. Not many people are on GitHub, so I’ll take reports however it's easiest to send them.

This worked for me when I searched both the username and URL from both the mastodon.social website and the Ivory client.

Is it possible that it's being blocked by your instance? Or that Mastodon v4.3 behaves differently from v4.4?

I think it was simply user incompetence/impatience:

I just tried from an account on another instance running 4.3.3 and it worked perfectly (took under 1s to appear) then I tried following another bandwagon profile from this instance, and while it took several seconds it eventually popped up.

Not sure why it's so sluggish on chaos.social and not on plushies.social (a much smaller instance), but you can definitely close this.

Hey, no worries at all. ActivityPub is weird, and doesn’t work the way people expect. It’s always worth it to double check how we appear on different servers.
