@jwildeboer AFAICS the #copyright of the architect protects design documents, not the actual physical building. The designer has rights over the design, not over the physical object, as it is usually not owned by the designer. As I'm not a lawyer I do not know how panorama freedom interacts with copyright.

@paoloredaelli It's all in the linked article Panorama freedom overrides the rights of the architect BUT ONLY if the picture is made from street level. If you use a ladder or a drone, you are not protected by panorama freedom anymore but must ask for permission.
