@openvibe But why doesn't it allow me to log in to GoToSocial? It uses Mastodon's exact same API. GoToSocial is compatible with all Mastodon clients

@ben each instance has a bit different implementation. We will try to support as many as possible!

@openvibe @gotosocial Because #GoToSocial implements Mastodon's API, it's already compatible with all Mastodon clients. Even Mastodon's official client works with GoToSocial. OpenVibe doesn't need to support GoToSocial; it only needs to stop blocking it. You don't even have to tell anyone; you can just quietly let it slide. (To be clear, this is not a request for support. It's more like asking for a very tiny bug fix.)
