@dysfun It's short for Mann/Frau/Divers. It's a little bit redundant, in that gander discrimination is prohibited for almost all jobs, but still, there's a couple of exceptions where gendered hiring is legal, and expllicitly stating that a particular offer is open for all genders is kind of nice.
