#ADHD accommodations that I never really realized were accommodations until recently:
- having separate non-work and work desks at home so I don't get distracted (I work from home)
- trash baskets anywhere I might need them
- clock on the bathroom wall with big digits
- having a cleaning service
- more phone chargers in more places
- lip balm in 5 different places
- tools always get put away, and having a spouse who is not like that, making sure she has her own screwdrivers, etc. -

@recursive My house is a one-room-per-floor situation, which is not ideal for #adhd (unless stair-climbing is your preferred form of exercise). I have a list of things that we stock on a one-per-floor basis:
- scissors
- measuring tape
- device cables
- writing implements
- watering cans
- keyboards (for my iPad)
- baskets (for when something needs to go up or down the stairs but you can't right now)
- hair ties and bobby pins
- snacks -

Lol. I have that kind of setup and I love it!That said I also have a slightly odd but elaborate system set up where items placed on the right/bottom of the stairs on the ground floor are to go upstairs when I walk there. Bottom/left are to go down to the basement etc.
I do love the idea of per-floor supplies though!
