@claudia @nicolas Yes, I try to stay hydrated too, even when not drinking alcohol. I often fail though, and forget to drink enough water. At the moment, there's two water bottles on my desk lol.

@andycarolan @nicolas lol they never do. I too have tried it. I think I just need it full in front of me to give me a chance in hell of drinking water. or get into the habit of chugging a glass before every tea

@claudia @nicolas ROFL yes! I watched a video about ADHD, and the person found that she would drink water, if it was in a bottle, on her desk, with a straw in it, right in front of her. Even a lid is a barrier to entry!

I don't have ADHD, but it resonated with me!

@andycarolan @nicolas haaaa, I do have ADHD so definitely resonate with that! I can handle a lid if it's attached to the bottle. But if it's empty or out of my field of vision I'm already screwed.
