How am I, as a human, expected to drink 2litres of water a day?!

@andycarolan I think this app does not take into consideration that human beings can acquire water from different source like fruits and vegetables. Or a soup. Too much water can also be bad. So I’m staying with about 2 liters per day but this is total amount of fluids, not only water.

@andycarolan There was an article recently here in Denmark about the issues of drinking to much water. Some guys drinking up to 6 liters per day, how they did that I am not sure :confused_dog: A urologist said drink between 1.5 and 2 liters, including coffee and soda and so on.

I mean, aside from anything else, it’s probably washing away any minerals in their bodies.

@andycarolan I guess they eat supplements to compensate. Then they go to the doctor because they have issues and pee constantly. One of the doctors interviewed for the article blames this partially on businesses telling people to drink too much water.
