Whilst my wife is doing a great job of planning a lot of the stuff that needs planning for our Disney World / Universal trip in December she’s left me with the task of trying to book the Grinch and Friends breakfast!

@andyn Do you have kids? Wondering what sort of ballpark you’re spending.
When I eventually bite the bullet, I’m imaging it’s going to be well north of five figs for the 5 of us.

@ravi I have just 1 child, so 2 weeks for 3 of us in a Disney Hotel but one of the cheaper ones, was about £11,000. That’s not taking into account all the costs once we’re there. Crazy price for what it is

@andycarolan @ravi makes me feel a bit sick if I’m honest lol. I’m dreading what we’ll need to spend there as well

@andycarolan @ravi and then you have to pay $30 each a day for the right to book ‘fast passes’ onto the rides to even have a chance to get into the big ones.

@andyn @andycarolan @ravi take lots of freezer bags and every morning at breakfast do what all the other seasoned regulars do, fill your bags with all the mickey shaped sweet bread and other awesome baked goods, those snacks will keep you fuelled during the day and there are water fountains all over every park so just fill up your own drinks bottles and hydrate regularly.
Obviously treat yourselves some days with what you save on park food! -
