But that would have probably been a somewhat crazy adventure to do by train, not sure I would be willing to do that, but probably would still beat flying in my mind

@ada yeah... if I go again maybe I'd try doing that, it's doable and I'd like to. but I'd probably take at least a couple days just for travel

@me I think you could probably do a something in Spain, catch a night train to Paris, and then travel with a selection of TGV/ICE to Hamburg I think? No strong idea though, I have rarely been in that region of the world.
