Oral sex is considered quite low risk for HIV. Penetrative sex w/ condom is very low risk. If you’re not engaging in unprotected penetrative sex, the primary remaining risk category is blood play - or accidental blood play, if you’re into S&M activities.

Can it still be worth it as part of a multiple lines of defense strategy? Maybe.
