@mystie manually edit the timestamp of the post in your instance’s database if you can, or alternatively beg iceshrimp devs to fix this cause anyone can very easily make a post do this

@h I'm tired of having this post hijacking the top of Explore, and I'm not the only one.
Not for the content, but for its nature of being an exploit to stay on top of trending.

@paguro it’ll be fixed in the next mastodon update + ask your instance’s admins to remove it, there’s an option in settings to remove any trending post from the explore page
i didn’t mean for this to happen, but i’m not taking the post down either, your instance can do that !

@paguro hey, @jeremy, apologies that the joke post I made triggered an at-the-time unknown Mastodon bug! it’ll be fixed in the next mastodon update (since This PR was merged: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/32996), but in the meantime a user on your instance is frustrated by it being stuck on the explore page- you can fix this by going to https://mapstodon.space/admin/trends/statuses while logged in as an administrator, selecting the post, and clicking “disallow post”, which stops it from clogging the explore page. Sorry for the inconvenience!

@h this one thinks your server broke. the post is supposed to be in the future but it appears to be from now? thats not supposed to happen right? we're not meant to actually be here for "day 1", right? please fix this, this isnt supposed to happen
