This is not legit. The character is Suzaku from Code Geass, and I believe he caught this fish with the intent to cook and it eat. This is an old meme, sometimes claimed to be a bad fandub, but I'd say it was more likely intentionally created as a joke.

Iirc, I'm not sure she's really mentioned. But the fish girl ends up birthing a dynasty, and her actions and the actions of others directly because of her are responsible for setting in motion the war at Kurukshetra, a war in which every single person alive on earth participated, and God drove a chariot and explained the meaning of life to an archer.
So, like, that fish may have been a weird cum eating porch pirate, but it was an important weird cum eating porch pirate fish.

Iunno, have your read the songs of Solomon? Pretty hot stuff in there. And Christian lore can be pretty fun, too, if you can get at it from an angle other than repressed and whitewashed. But I do love the Mahabharata. There's a great podcast by Lawrence Manzo that is my go to sleep listen. I've listened through it a dozen times or more.

Fish are such sluts. You'd never catch a mollusc into humanality.

I love the fact that show decided to end when she finished high school and didn't drag it out forever. What a great show.
