From what I can see, Bluesky is demolishing the Fedi in terms of bringing in an influx of ex Twitter users.

I'm not leaving here no matter what, but I do wonder if the idea of Fedi ever being fully mainstream is a notion of the past... Or if that's even a bad thing?
Though tbh if things marginalized folks keep asking for are continuously ignored forever, it is going to eventually lead to some stagnation here, which I don't wanna see.

As people in the thread noted, this might not be accurate, especially since it is a lot harder to track sign up activity across the Fediverse, both by its nature and by its design. That said, there is an irony to people joining a centralized site that is just as susceptible to failing to defend itself from a misinformation case, when there is a social network that is not only safeguarded from said legal issues, but far less likely to have them.
Personally though, I think efforts should be focused on getting them in and giving them a positive first impression. There's only so much we can do about corporate networks like Blue Sky having the financial and media backing to push themselves in front of us, even if we are better in general at a lot of things that are problems there.
