My power went out for about 10 seconds, but for some reason my computer stayed on?

My power went out for about 10 seconds, but for some reason my computer stayed on? Everything else plugged into that outlet turned off so I am kind of confused.

@fujiwara does it have a built in UPS?

@waitworry I guess it does? The power doesn’t go out often here so I’ve never seen it do that. It’s storming pretty bad today so if it does it again I guess I’ll find out.

@fujiwara i mean if you really wanted to test it you could just unplug it though i guess that might not really be good for the computer if my theory is wrong

@fujiwara It’s probably not stranger than large capacitors in the PSU. Same reason why you don’t open up anything with high power voltage.
