@fujiwara not American. I do follow American politics however because they seem to set the tune for a lot of the world.

I listen to some Vietnam songs.

I read a couple of chapters of a light novel before going to bed. Or a bury myself in writing. But a lot of the time during the day the anxiety breaks through. This morning is especially bad.
