@fujiwara I have the same problem. I still feel hungry despite the fact that I've already eaten plenty. Then if I decide to eat a bit more, I start feeling like shit.
I think the real solution is to just eat slower because it gives your brain time to tell your stomach that you've eaten enough, but I don't like eating slow :btr_ryo_lurk:

@dopey_kun Maybe that is the cheat code… I’m glad I’m not alone though. It’s so frustrating how much I want to eat.

@fujiwara honestly, I keep forgetting that I don't have the metabolism of a teenager anymore :zerotwoevillaugh:
Being able to eat a lot was actually a source of pride for me when I was younger, which is probably why it's so hard to adjust. It's like 20 years of eating habits. Idk, is that considered an eating disorder? :ChikaScared:

@dopey_kun @fujiwara I eat really slow because I'll take one bite, read like 2 chapters of a manga, then have another bite.
I need to break this habit :frierendisappointed1:

@dopey_kun That has been my least favorite part of getting old! I used to be able to stuff my face and still be super skinny… now we have to actually care about all that :ChikaREEEE:
And it probably is a form of eating disorder… I’m not too familiar with them. I just love to eat :btr_ryo_lurk:

@rgbunny @dopey_kun Do you wanna trade? :konata_cry:

@fujiwara I'm primed to enjoy the feeling of being really full, so I guess that's not the healthiest thing :zerotwoevillaugh: though, as an adult, I don't really feel full anymore. I just feel bloated :btr_bocchi_trash_lurk:

@dopey_kun Welcome to my world, that just means you’re getting old too! :konata_cry: Age is coming for us all…
