@ReignOfRaining @puppygirlhornypost2 Great video, thanks for that. It reminds me of when I go to complain about something: whenever I want an argument I just get my money back, or whatever, straight away; if I want to just get some decent service though I end up having to have an argument.

@MikeH @puppygirlhornypost2 Most places are like that, when I was helping my mom run her business awhile back our policy was just to refund someone no questions asked. They got to keep the drink too~

Personally I'd rather lose a few bucks once and make the whole situation look good in front of everyone instead of make a stink and look like stingy business.
