on android #vivaldi, I lost the menu option to install a PWA version of a web app?

We grouped a few options together in the mobile version.
Select "Add Page To" from the Vivaldi menu and then tap on "Home Screen".
If the website supports PWAs you'll see options to install it or create a shortcut. If the page does not support PWAs, you still have the choice to create a home screen shortcut.
