Well, to Export you can do Preferences >>> Import and Export >>> Export >>> List (download .csv). This gets you a file you can edit in any spreadsheet that has a column for the list name and a column for the accounts. You can then send someone just the subset of the list they want to upload and use Preferences >>> Import and Export >>> Import >>> Select Lists from drop-down >>> Click Choose File, browse to .csv file, click UPLOAD and CONFIRM

It's a good idea. Never got around to providing .csv's for the "Starter Packs" (https://mastodonmigration.wordpress.com/2023/11/15/mastodon-starter-packs-2/), and now the lists are somewhat dated. It would be a good effort to clean it up and create .csv files for each topic.
