Packing up tools for the #RepairCafe this afternoon, the eternal question: will I really need that? Coupled with the memory of most times I've said no to that question I've ended up needing the thing.
Due to the weather I'm driving today which is not helping the "fuck it, I'll take it anyway" feelings.

Yeah, that's how I end up with 7 tool cases, a drill and impact driver, an angle grinder and a Dremel, and I still wonder if I need the hydraulic press, welder, and a bigger anvil. -

@Maker_of_Things @emily_s I am having the absolute hardest time parting with my least used tools in preparation for an intercontinental move. I'm currently regretting having sold off my wood glue.

I am going to be going through the same thing soon.
I will be packing up my workshop, and getting rid of a lot of tools and stock, with a view to major house renovations so we can sell in a few years.
It's an ordinary house but ordinary houses don't come with a wood workshop, a metal workshop, an electrical workshop, and two miniatures workshops.
I do think they should though. -

@Maker_of_Things @iris @emily_s I wonder if a mobile workshop / makerspace, in a decent sized trailer, much like a mobile library would be a good thing.. I guess old fashioned tinker with a cart was close!

@phlash @Maker_of_Things @iris @emily_s there was a mobile makerspace up for sale at #emfcamp, IIRC - it looked interesting to me!
