If you go to a settings under your profile pic, in channel settings, change it up Public role.

@Christopher I have looked high and low, and have not found it in channel settings ... must be I need glasses, new ones.

I think the switch is underneath the kitchen sink.

@Christopher It wasn't the Public option. It was under the Friends Private Groups: "Post to this group by default" was set to yes. We're good to go. Thanks.
