I like the #Fediverse, and I like #ActivityPub too. But I went back to reddit because I think lemmy is too flooded with Usonian content, no matter what I do.

No shame in that. The *short term goal* shouldn’t be to outright REPLACE the old platforms. Like you say, there’s still too many people, and too much content over there.

For now, equal coexistence is victory.

Use your legacy social media alongside the Fediverse and work to close the content gap where you can; consume there, and post here.

We can win the long game.
