it's not gone down from 200 , i set the deliverer_timeout to 5 from 10 to see if it helps but nothing really, what do

Are you concerned about the outgoing queue? What do you see in the log?

To display only delivery reports, grep by mitra_activitypub::deliverer

Also there are messages like this one:

mitra_activitypub::queues [INFO] delivery job: 54.57ms, 1 delivered, 0 errors, 0 skipped (attempt #1)

54.57ms is the time spent on delivering the message to all recipients. Messages are delivered sequentially.

@silverpill the issue i had is that federation was behind for 20 minutes
delivering seemingly didn't take much though

@mischievoustomato You can find the exact time in the log. If each message takes 30 seconds to deliver, 265 messages would take more than two hours (this is the size of your outgoing queue in the screenshot).
