@[email protected] i think there's some "consensus" based list but that happened to be two instances ran by the same people, so a single person/group of people could just decide a whole instance is off-limits, and there's zero way to appeal that. As a small instance I have had my instance blocked more times than I've received a report for a post, which just makes me sad
