Currently running an (undesired) experiment to see how many days in a row I can operate on 3-4 hours sleep before reality unravels.
On about day 6 now.
#ADHD is the most ridiculous thing
(But I got some things done. Hoorah)

@jack So relatable. My home hack shuts my lights off at 11 pm and 12 am. That doesn't scale when I travel, but it at least tells my brain to hurry up.

@webology Routines take time to establish and are sometimes a bit annoying, but so good for overall health.
On travel, it just goes right out the window
